Activating Your O2 or Vodafone SIM

Follow these simple steps for activating your O2 or Vodafone SIM

Buy your SIM Only Plan from the iDC Shop

Purchase any of the SIM Only Plans from the iDC Shop with a Debit or Credit Card. Decide whether you want a new number or you want to bring your number with you. Ensure your Billing Address and Delivery Address are the same including the person's name. 

Receive an Acknowledgement Email

We will email you, to tell you your SIM is on the way. 

Setup a Direct Debit

Follow the link below to setup a Direct Debit facility.

Note: We cannot activate your SIM without a Direct Debit facility in place.

You receive the SIM card

Let us know straight away that your SIM has arrived, by replying to the Acknowledge Email. If you have setup a Direct Debit facility, we will activate your SIM card on the same day if you require a new number or the next day if you are bringing your number with you and you have provided a PAC Number.

Bringing your number with you

If you want to bring your number with you, you will need to provide us with a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) Number from your current network provider. Porting your number can be undertaken the next business day.
