Direct Debit Setup
All mobile plans require a Direct Debit facility in place before purchased SIMs are despatched. We currently partner with GoCardless for this payment functionality.
Note: All details associated with this Direct Debit submission are retained by GoCardless and not on this site.
Setting up a Direct Debit facility
Click the link: GoCardless which will take you to the Direct Debit setup page (See below).
If you are completing a Direct Debit submission for a person and not a business, insert the required information:
- First name
- Last name
- Bank account sort code
- Bank account number
- Post code
- Email address
If you are completing a Direct Debit submission for a company, click the 'Click here to use a company name' and insert the required information:
- Company name
- Bank account sort code
- Bank account number
- Company post code
- Company email address
If more than one person is required to authorise the Direct Debit submission, tick the 'More than one person is required to authorise Direct Debits' and enter the additional person's details.
Press the 'Set up Direct Debit' button to complete the submission.
